Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility

Items must be in resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals.

Sale items and gift cards qualify for store credit only.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.

Product is used, altered, or damaged due to misuse/overuse.

Product is returned without original packaging (including tags, labels, accessories) or if the packaging is damaged.

Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email contact@yourcatgoodies.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and email you a pre-paid return label.
- Pack items securely, include the RMA slip, affix the label, and ship via the designated carrier.
3. Shipping & Fees

The original outbound shipping charge of $4.99 is non-refundable.

Standard return shipping fee of $12 (deducted from your refund).

Free return shipping on defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

$10 restocking fee on non-defective returns.
4. Category-Specific Terms

Cat Food & Treats: No returns on opened items (for hygiene reasons). Unopened items may be returned.

Cat Litter & Heavy Items: No returns accepted (due to hygiene and high shipping costs).

Accessories & Toys: Standard return policy applies.

Furniture & Large Items: Return shipping fee of $25 due to weight and size.
5. Refund Options

Store Credit: 105% of the returned item’s purchase price (5% bonus). Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

Original Payment Method: Refund minus return shipping and restocking fees.

Bank Transfer: Available for orders over $50.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos at contact@yourcatgoodies.com
We’ll arrange free return shipping and an expedited replacement or full refund.
For expired products: We carefully check expiry dates before shipping. If you receive a damaged/expired item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. You can cancel via our website or by emailing contact@yourcatgoodies.com.
8. Processing & Timing
Refunds or store credit are issued within 5–7 business days of approval.
